This is a classic white Akco dress shirt, made in England.
The collar, cuffs and shirt front are made of Marcella (the "golf-ball" textured cotton that doesn't need to be starched).

Double cuffs for cufflinks.
Convertible front - there are studholes, and buttons attached as well, so you can use shirt studs or buttons.
